Famous & Infamous People with Links to Harford County

Everyone is fascinated to find that they are related to famous and sometimes infamous people.  That is part of the fun of seeking our roots. On Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 7 pm, the Historical Society will offer a rare opportunity for local genealogists to explore the links of Harford County families with these celebrated and sometimes reviled individuals. Please join Society Genealogist Christopher Smithson for this fascinating virtual presentation about some of our forebears in Harford County. His virtual talk will focus on Harford County families and their relationships to such people as the infamous John Wilkes Booth, the famous Edwin Booth, Wallis Simpson, the Duchess of Windsor and U.S. Presidents Nixon and Obama.
