On Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at 12:30 pm the Executive Director of the Havre de Grace Colored High School, Patricia Cole will present a virtual program sharing the story of Harford’s first public high school for African American students. This is the story of not just a building, but also of the people whose lives and legacies are so important to county history.
